Susan began volunteering with Life Culture in 2018, until she became the Executive Director in January of 2021. Susan's passion for life began in high school, when a friend of hers became pregnant. The experience led her to volunteer at a local pregnancy crisis centre, where she saw first-hand the complexities and heartache surrounding unplanned pregnancy, single-parenting, and abortion.

Prior to becoming the Executive Director of Life Culture, Susan worked as a business consultant with her firm, Guideline Marketing. She has also served as a Steinbach City Councillor since 2010. Susan's experience in business, government, and non-profit work have been an invaluable asset to Life Culture as we seek to promote a culture of life.

As Executive Director, Susan is dedicated to educating and equipping the broader public on the value of life from conception to natural death, as well as providing practical support for women who are in difficult situations.
